Cancellation Policy (All Year Except Peak Time):
• From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date: 25% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date: 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees for all domestic flights within Egypt if you cancel a tour at any time. These fees are subject to the airline's cancellation policy.

• From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date: 25% of the entire tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date: 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date: 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
As with the standard cancellation policy, there are also cancellation fees for all domestic flights within Egypt if you cancel a tour during these peak times, subject to the airline's cancellation policy.
Postponing Your Tour: If you wish to postpone your tour to another date and no booking procedures have been initiated by our side, we can work with you to arrange a new tour date. However, it's important to note that if, after reaching an agreement on postponing your tour, you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, our standard cancellation policy will be applicable.
